At FRAU Official Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
